There is a possibility that Kishimoto forgot to give Bolt and Himawari byakugan but there is also the possibility that in this ninja-era there was a lot of cousin marriages so you would need two parents with byakugan to have a child with byakugan.Either way, a child with sharigan and byakugan would be perfect!
And all Uchihas are great flirters, including Sarada. (she just hasn't tapped into it yet)

To clarify (this is on the official wiki site) Kishimoto had intended ot give the byakuga to both Naruto's children, but forgot to do so (oh the humanity). Anyway, there is an episode that shows Naruto during his inauguration, which he failed to attend (konohamaru used the transformation to stand in) because Himawari awakened her byakugan and knocked her father out. Himawari does have the byakugan, but unlike other Hyuga members, it is only, ah, visible, when active. Otherwise, she resembles a 'normal' human.

Before Gaiden, Naruto is too ancient for cars and television but recent
enough for wireless talkiewakies, processed ramen, and magazines.
In Gaiden, they have laptops and handphones.

I actually have a theory regarding this; Naruto-verse is lacking in crude oil reserves. Without the widespread resource necessary for the combustion engine but abundance of metals allowing for use of electricity the development of technology would take very different paths.
