Ughhh I figure I should update something.... actually I have artblock. And a super busy schedule so I dont have time to draw so much fanart lately ;o; This is from a long time ago, haha, originally drawn for a doujin anthology that didn't work out.It is one page only... because I can't find where I saved the other ones lolol... it's originally just a short 4pg Christmas USUK story!

I absolutely love the colours that were used in this and the first frame, which was so simple but it held a whole lot of impact with it as well! Amazing job with this, honestly! I loved it!

Haha well it's cause for a lot of stuff I work super high res so it takes up so much space on my computer that I have to zip it to free up room lolol (but then I do a lot at a time every time I back up so it takes forever to find and unzip and whatever... so it's really annoying and I'm lazy...haha I just happened to already upload this picture for my journal awhile ago? So I already had this one XD)
And omg it took DAYS ...even though the doujin was only 4 pages... but I was so nervous that it was supposed to be printed that I spent so much time working on it and changing stuff... XD

Ohh! Wow! You don't have an external hard drive or anything? :c Those are extremely useful especially when it comes to high resolution art! But ohhhh, I see! Well it's nice you at least have this one! How big are the files usually? ; n ; They seem absolutely huge.
Hahahaha! XD I completely understand that! It's a shame that the doujinshi anthology didn't work out though! :c It seemed like it would have turned out very well, especially with this lovely doujin inside it!

Oh I do... but I also do a lot of music stuff so my external drive is so close to being completely filled up (thanks to a lot of recordings and a lot of drawing files lolol) XD Oh man, and it depends on the file? Sometimes I have to work 600+dpi and depending on how many layers and stuff, it can go to several hundred mb... and it slows my computer down so much so I have to like save a billion copies and keep merging layers ;o; And also I save multiple copies of everything since it became a habit of paranoia lol. But usually I don't work so high res cause it takes too long, haha.
Oh well I'm actually really relieved the doujin anthology didn't work out cause I think I did a really crappy job (I think the person didn't really know what they're doing though, so it just didn't work out). XD Well I'd be embarrassed if any of mys tuff was in print anyway so it's all good!

Ohhhh! I see! You do recordings also? :'D ? gjdalkfsadlkf SEVERAL HUNDRED MB!? REALLY? fkajdskfadfslk -Keyboard smash keyboard smash- The most MB I could ever get to is like 20 MB. MAX. S-Sigh. ;O; Well at least your paranoia will save you in the long run. Like, seriously. Sudden crashing from digital art programs is every artist's worst nightmare. Especially with unsaved work! So paranoia is at times great for the art field. ...Your poor computer. I wouldn't be surprised if it was extremely slow from all that space those files are taking up. :C
Awww! Well then, that's good! Getting work published just like...is absolutely horrifying at times but on a personal level, I love your work and I would have loved to seen it published! But at least you're alright with it and that's the most important thing!

Haha yea yea! Actually I study music engineering so... XD YEA IT TAKES SO MUCH MB WHEN PEOPLE NEED HIGH RES STUFF!!! I hate it so much but it's supposed to be REALLYYYY worth it when you print it out (but I never print anything so I wouldn't know lol) ...but omg, when I'm working super high res, it takes forever to even save. So if it's fanart stuff or stuff that isn't going to be printed, I just work in lower res, haha, yea yea so I always end up compressing so many files to save space~ XD
YEA I KNOW RIGHT!! I'm terrified to get anything published on paper lol It's too permanent!! At least this way... I can delete it off the internet... XD
