Description Another group photo -- I don't often have all three sizes made up in the same fleece print at the same time.

x3 They're so cute!
I was wondering, where do you order your fleece / safety eyes from? I was looking for some more unique prints, and I can't find safety eyes in my nearby craft store...
I need to stop faving your somethings...

Thank you!

I get fleece from all over -- I find a lot of it at my local JoAnn, and I have friends who check their local fabric stores for interesting colors and patterns. I occasionally order it online, but because I like to buy in small quantities, I can't hit the minimum yardage requirements of many online fabric sellers. I don't need two to five yards of a single pattern when the stuffies I make are only four inches tall, LOL.

Most JoAnn stores carry safety eyes in small quantities -- they'll be in the craft department, usually near the bear and doll aisle. I buy mine in larger quantities from crscrafts.com (who really need to hurry up and restock the eyes I've had on order for the past month, oy!). You can also find eyes on eBay and Etsy.

Thanks a lot!
I was thinking of going to down to my local JoAnns to take a look after looking online, but I didn't know they sold safety eyes too. Thank you for all the info, it's really useful!

If only they made fleece with differently-scaled patterns; then you could make them IDENTICAL! Always assuming you had the time/inclination to slave over perfectly matching scaled cut-outs. Well, it's a great idea that'll stay a theory. Heh.

I'm just picky enough to do that, too, so I'm glad fleece isn't sold that way.

Yeah the absence of temptation is always helpful in resisting it.
