i'm confused i downloaded and saved it to the right place but it just isn't inside my file

You saved it to the Photoshop > Presets > Brushes folder?
What version of photoshop do you have? I know the brushes work in CS and CS2, but they might not work in other versions.

i got it to work really weird though I had to uninstall photoshop cause it was playing up but the brush set is still there
