I have all of that except SAI which I was thinking of downloading. Is it better than PS? I kinda forgot how to sketch well like I use to last year.

Well, in Sai lines more softer and round C: exactly what needed for good lineart. Coloring in Sai also amazing) like you can color different ways with the same soft n nice brush.
in PS i add only textures and some effects in most of cases, and very rare i color there ^^ but PS is also good, especially for volume art)

Yeah, it sounds like a lot of people actually use SAI for Lineart, and cell shaded art (soft and hard) I might give SAI a try soon enough. I have PS and the way you use it seems to be the way it's supposed to be used

ummm the Wacom Bamboo, but I'm borrowing it from a friend until he needs it back for modding some files for work.
I'm planning on getting something soon though along with a new computer.
