Hiya there!
So happy to say I'm try to get active on dA again~! 
One way I'm doing it is by joining a wonderful contest!
's Contest is going on and the Deadline is on October 6th! [link] SO much time for you guys to enter~!
So of course here's my contest entry! Humm... for the category I'll pick either Every Day Wear or Formal Wear. REALLY hope I did the contest entry right!

Well no, it means the dealer cheated, because both aces are the Ace of Diamonds. And also, killer-for-hire, is not all it's cracked up to be. What I do wonder is how dumb someone would have to be to fall for that simple of a card trick. Another thing I wonder is if she could out-fox my character Root. But... he's more of a parlor-tricks and stage magic type of guy than a straight up card shark... so it's actually kinda probable, so long as she didn't do anything too obvious to tip him off. (He does do "professional gambling" sometimes, but his gambling addiction is not helpful to him, and he is also a compulsive pick-pocket and a general screw-up in all things fighting and military. So, being kicked out of the military without ever graduating the academy he tries to stay out of trouble now. He always returns everything he pick-pockets, and usually is only caught when returning the item. He just can't help but pick-pocket people. )

I see... (Something I just realized that I thought I should point out, two aces is twelve, not twenty-one. Liry would most likely lose with that combination, unless her opponent was overconfident and bust. ) And that is too bad! Writing is a fun form of art. It's mostly just the thinking up of story, that's all. And thanks! I try! He's actually rather new, so all the bio is still in my head, and all my characters develop as time goes on, so it may or mayn't be outdated info if I did give you a bio. (He's not one of my more developed character. ) And he kinda has to be, and thank you. Uh... sure! (Mind floating some points my way? Visual artists seem to be much better at acruing them. Plus I haven't been active enough to really grab many. I'll do my job for free, but donations are welcome! ^u^)

oh god dammit! I was right the first time!!! D: Im not joking Im real embarrassed by that! :S Yeah but u got a point in its a bust or not! I play card games like Egyptian war or spoons! XD So not to much blackjack or Poker, etc.
I would love to right but I just dont have the talent or time!

Hey, leave God out of this. He only roundabout invented blackjack by inventing the person who invented blackjack. And yeah, I don't gamble much, but I know the basic games. I love playing cards, but more the parlor trick aspect and the shuffling them. (It gives my hands something to do.) Besides there's always Patience (solitaire) and Free Cell if I get bored.
And sure! Go ahead and look at them all, I have free-standing OC's, IZ OC's, even a few Homestuck OC's. (I hate homestuck, I just like the Trollian race. Not even so much the ones from homestuck as the real creative potential and overt references to the stars that they give. )
And no probs. I need practice in my job, even if I can't write a novel, so what? I can make the characters for other people's novels and still get to slap my name on it. ^^

Aces count for either eleven or one. 11 + 11 = 22, which is a bust, meaning double aces has to be 12. And yeah, people still get the point, that's mostly just trivia. And go ahead! I enjoy criticism and flattery both. And yeah, practice is good! Recently I got back into composing again... and I think the musical practice I've had in the year I didn't do anything has really helped.
