Hello- This may seem like a dumb question to ask? How do I Add the hunter overlay ontop of the app in sai- I'm not sure on how to do that- I'm pretty bad with knowing things when it comes to digital art- I Don't really get on how to mess with the frames either ;n;

It's fine Night! The frames and the hunter overlay are transparent so if you open them in Sai, select the whole overlay and then copy it. After that you can basically just paste it as a separate layer on top of your app. You can do the same thing with frames! Try that if it works?
