Yeah man that's exactly how it's been. Exeggutor has been the TRUE leader of all the bad guy teams, and will be the mastermind of whatever evil happens in Alola.

I'd believe it, tbh!! Every team leader is just Exeggutor in a clever disguise. Sun and Moon will be about finally facing the menace and defeating it.
