Unfortunatly I have a bit more shiny eyes, and so I have a bit more problems to hide them (what you can see easily), but she does her job just great XD I wonder very often this could possibly work, although I know how she does it lol.
If you like to I could give you some advices you to be less shiny. °_°

The Disney style is just too perfect! You should be on the artist cast that designs the Holmes characters for a Disney film. That would be too cool. And, you really captured Sadyna's style (I thought that it was actually her art on there). My fav is the Hotson in your style.
