Verry interesting and detailed design. I like the flowing cloth draped over her arm, nice movement. And the cepter with the swirling smoke is very intracate.

Your pencils look so good! Of course I'm looking forward to seeing this in color at some point (you are gonna color it right?). She seems to be designed with a tip of the hat to Jasmine from Aladdin perhaps? First name that lept to mind when I saw her was "Jasmerelda"... not sure why, other than I see some of Jasmine in her. Very nice character design all the same

How about Selena? Or perhaps Ebony? There's a couple name ideas that immediately came to mind after I saw her. She's lovely. I really like how it looks like the wind is blowing her clothes. Nice effect.
