Here is a sampling of the various Imperial militias in the Capelliya fleet. Faced with the terrible lack of manpower due to the Empire's supply difficulties and above all due to a certain unwillingness of the Imperial administration which considers this sector as negligible, Admiral Antéres, thanks to the excellent work of Commander Amyra Guarcya, has assembled a militia force to fill the chronic understaffing to hold the Capelliya system.

Commander Guarcya, second from left, is responsible for training and managing the militias. Like many other Imperious assigned to Capelliya, it was following numerous disagreements on the management of the Empire, in particular on the non-involvement of non-human species in the Empire, that she was assigned to the fleet. Just like Admiral Antéres and the staff of the fleet, she realized the problem of manpower and proposed many solutions, including that of exempting from imperial taxes, at least a certain part, as well as certain additional social advantages, to those who would enlist full-time or part-time in the Imperial ranks. The result was not long in coming and many volunteers came forward. Since that time, she has been THE responsible for the management of the militias and also an advisor in other areas. Originally from the slums of Coruscant, she quickly made herself appreciated by Admiral Antéres, as well as by the local administration.

The base uniform is green with the base chest piece. Depending on the species, the helmet is just as regulatory, at least those who can wear it according to their physiognomy. There is even a unit of TIE pilots, but these are only posted around the planet they come from, to make regular pilots more available to protect convoys.
