I really adore your colour palette, there's great harmony present here while still keeping it interesting with complementary shades.
Try to be a bit more bold with hard brushes though. The shading seems a tad too blurry and indistinct, which clashes with the harsh lines. Don't be afraid to place some harsh shadows, particularly on the blue wolf. (seeing as the other one is just a reflection the blurriness doesn't seem that much out of place)
I'd also suggest cropping the image a bit closer on the right to create better balance and remove the empty space there.
Either way you've done a great job here and should be proud of yourself!

You did good job with the concept here. Captured the sadness of the dark wolf.
For the highlights I see you used very soft brush. It makes it hard to define edges in some parts.
If you wanted it to be a realistic painting, you could work on the eyes a lot more. If your intention was to make it more cartoonish style, still you can add more values to the eye. I see you used pure white for the eyeball, grey for the iris and soft white for the lighting. Soft big brush makes your lighting mist like. You can make the center of the eye darker, and shade white parts with greys while adding a sharp edged light reflection.
Other than you can pay attention to add some texture to furry body, and a little saturated red to the blood.
I am not an expert on animal anatomy but maybe you can make their shoulders a little wider.
Your choice of yellow and dark color works well. Making the missed memory yellow is a good idea; it makes us feel the happiness in it.

The shades in the blood lake is a nice shading from your character.
I like, how you did the golden one in the lake.
I barely see the paws XD maybe covered in the blood?
The tail also looks very fluffy :3

I'm not good with wolf anatomy, but I think you've made a great attempt at this beautiful creature in a stylized sense. The paws seem very large and blocky, and the legs in general seem a bit awkward, but otherwise I think they look quite good. You captured the emotion nicely; I really like the yellow one's expression. This one's biggest fault is that it, in my opinion, lacks depth and atmosphere. The coloring also isn't very smooth. Focusing on depth and shading with a piece like this is very important. Otherwise, very nice. Keep working hard!
