The wavy, petal-like tufts on its head are made to resemble a candy wrapper while still maintaining the flower look. Although it appears to be filled with liquid, it is actually just painted on the inside of the chime instead of the outside.Β
Fuurineko are a semi-open species by me! ( memomorii )

Is the 'filling' in the glass part of the chime a actual filling or is it just the design?

The filling is actually just the chime being painted on the inside. There is no rarity restriction for it
