This is amazing. The shading and the hair are awesome. I also really feel like you got the hands that are pointing in really good persepctive. I know that's like super hard to do, so excellent job. I think the only thing I would say that could be changed for the better (not saying it has to be thought, 'cuz the picture's great) are the hands holding the mics... I don't know, they just look a little awkward/maybe a bit to small? Maybe that's just me.

It sort of gives off the impression you draw it in one shot. You should scribble on lower layers more often, zooming in and out to check where the eyes, mouth and nose are positioned and whether they look 'sensible' or not.
