Description
After some thinking, I decided to try and see how good I am with drawing cartoon characters. This, of course, is Julie from the cartoon show "Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi", my favorite cartoon show of all time. And it just so happens that Julie is my favorite character from this show.By the way, I am Delzepp. That's just one of my nicknames.
