I Know there are things wrong. Like white splotches showing in the middle, and what not, but I fixed those. Idk why they are still showing up. Maybe I have to save it under a different name, or something. Oh well, still quite proud of this. ^-^

Hah! Well, if you have ever done a flip book...it's like that. You make each frame (picture and movement) separately on a different layer. You can draw them first on a program you are comfy with (I draw mine on sai and color them there) then you upload them to photoshop. You'll have to upload them each in different files, though, and just copy and paste them all onto on canvas on different layers. Photoshop has an animating option! ^^ (also, you can just draw them on photoshop, if it makes life easier, I just don't like drawing there.)
OR!!
You can just make the frames, save them each as a different picture, (PNG) and then upload them into iaza.com
1. You press the big arrow
2. Download the first frame into the browse bar option
3. download each frame like so.
4. scroll down and click the time (speed/loop) you want them to have!
5. convert!
Photoshop is more convenitent if you have a ton of frames, and want spacific times for some frames, otherwise iaza.com is easy and quick, you can also save it on your computer from there, you just have to click the (Format: convert to GIF, and then right click on the moving picture, open in new tab, and then save as on your computer some where!
o3o Whew! I would start with something simple, first, to get the feel of things. I dived RIGHT into tail wagging and blinking for my first try, and it was frustrating. xD

Well, the icons don't work right...
They match up at some point, but then they don't. I know I made them the exact same time, because they are duplicated time frames...how did you do yours? o:

I don't think mine match up quite right either, it's just less noticeable... I think haha I'm not quite sure.
Mine was just one gif file, that in photoshop where I made it, I cropped it to one half of it, then saved it, reverted it back to the full size, then cropped it to the other half and saved...
