Break-up? Abuse? Close one died? Being pursued by a slasher film antagonist? I'm thinking the second one. The tear in the chair implies she lives in a lower-class area, and that she seems to be nude could mean sexual assault. The fourth one is also possible. She possibly just got out of the shower, and now someone is trying/about to kill her. That, or she's just got out of the shower and is watching a scary or sad movie.
