These are not Mesopotamian runes, but Germanic. I will translate these for you.

Left to right, top to bottom (letters = transliteration):

f. wealth (cattle), u. auroch (an extinct water ox), รพ. Thor (or a giant), a. one of the Aesir, r. riding (journey), k. ulcer (torch), g. a gift, w. happiness

h. hail, n. need or hardship, i. ice, j. year (good year or harvest), รฏ or รฆ. yew-tree, p. (unknown meaning), z. (unknown), s. sun

t. the god Tรฝr, b. birch, e. horse, m. man, l. water, ล‹. the god Freyr, d. day, h. heritage, estate, possessions

They are just made with ordinary air dry clay that has to be left out for a day or so...just be sure to find a nice clear copy of the runes you want to use and press the shapes into the clay with a stick or something...then once they're dry you can paint them any colour you chhose

Good luck!

The runes came out of a book that i was reading, I still need to refer to it whenever I use the runes, since I haven't memorised them all yet...but I shall!

That's pretty cool, What did you make them with?

They're made with clay, and the shape of the runes themselves were pressed with a little piece of wood, and once they were dry I painted them. I hope to find a way to glaze them, and maybe add a bit more colour with the next sets that I make...eventually I'd like to be able to sell them.
