I really like this one. The composition is nice and the backlight makes the hair shine beautifully.
I often use this when I shoot female portraits...
One thing that may improve your already very nice shot is some light from the front, like a reflector or a softbox. Then the shadows around the nose disappear what makes the face look smoother.
