The lighting is great. Her eyes look amazing. Nice concept as well.

It looks like it's done under studio conditions, so may I ask how you did it? The lighting is great, I'm amazed by the shadows around her head and on her chest that still let some of the flowers and a little of her hair come out.
May I ask what you did to her nose, and for what reason?
There's no question that his is a shot of natural beauty which can evoke a lot of different (but maybe no specific) feelings in the viewer, and the exigent, strict stylistic usage of the square crop and the little white border for framing supports this and makes the viewer focus.
