Incredible.
I really like how you did the shading. I've been trying that sort of grayscale stuff for weeks to no avail. So please take me seriously when I say yours is very impressive.
I also like the very 'photoshop' hair on nightcrawler's head. It conveys so much action for the figure despite not having a background as a supporting image.
The Red 'V' suit on the gray figure -SOOOOOoooo cool! I love stuff like this. (Which probably explains my like of the movie: The Spirit)
The tail looks a little off, maybe not as whip-chord smooth, but then again, this is photoshop, where it is pretty had to get a perfectly curved line. Also, as a tip, you may want to trim off a little of the left over black stuff on the insides of his feet. I'm assuming that is a stray side effect from the brushes.
