Decamatrix Alicia Tennyson. Homunculus Designation 10.

That is her full name as a Homunculus created by Clintus Zomboni, one of the Brokers in the Radiant War. However, Clintus in his arrogance, wanted Deca to be a true work of art like his other Homunculi, so in order to make a truly authentic "Ben 10" model made for the newest victim of the Radiant War, he took fragments of the Omnitrix's bio organic segments with the help of Shub Niggurath's power, using it to construct a Homunculus who bore the powers of the 10 aliens Ben had access to during the Radiant War.

However, he underestimated the Omnitrix, believing himself to be smarter than Azmuth because he was picked as a broker by an Eldritch God, unaware that Azmuth had simply refused the role when Shub Niggurath offered the position. And the Omnitrix, unbeknownst to Clint, gave Deca sentience. Love..hate.. curiosity... compassion... jealousy.. all these emotions swirled around in this poor immortal girl possessing flesh and blood, and yet also the inner workings of an artificial being.

While initially believing herself devoid of emotion like her brothers and sisters, Deca began to realize she had "Defects" as she continued to accompany Ben as his Backer during the Radiant War. She felt familial love for Ben as her technical blood brother (as she was effectively a clone of him, all the Backer Homunculi possessing DNA of the beings they were made to serve). However, being inexperienced in emotions, having been matured into the body of a teenager with minimal knowledge on how to effectively human, she mistook this for Romantic love and grew jealous of Erice and Ophelia's ability to show romantic affection to Ben without being seen as Defective or Incestuous, and it tore her apart inside. These Defects continued to plague her till book 2 when Clint was fired as a Broker by Shub Niggurath, and therefore all his Homunculi, as per their programming, decided to commit suicide, wiping their existence from their masters's very minds, a feature used by Clint to prevent others from deciphering his work as he was very paranoid.

Deca however, possessing sentience and a soul at this point, did not want to die, so she could not find it in herself to delete the memories of herself from Ben's mind, nor go through with her "duty" of shutting down. Seeing this as a sign of her weakness and being defective trash compared to her perfect siblings, Deca shut herself away in sorrow and shadow..

Little did she know that her Big Brother would not let her be..

He would show her just what it meant to step out.. and live not as a Homunculus.. but as a living human.

Features:

Alien DNA-Part Transformation. By using the alien DNA stored in her, Deca can gain the powers of the 10 aliens that she has by forming them into clothing that is merged with her body. This grants her pseudo-alien powers, though some of these forms don't have the full power of the aliens Ben transforms into, for example, she cannot regenerate limbs like Swampfire. However, her already superhuman body as a Homunculus makes up for some of the weaknesses. Overall she is quite formidable, and is speculated by Ophelia to have been the strongest Backer, and might have unknown potential beyond what Clint foresaw when he made her.

Connectitrix.

The synapsis that Clint cut out of the Omnitrix were in fact containing sealed away data to a power called God Alien (to see lore on this, look at the God Echo Echo picture posted before this one), known as the Connectitrix Innitiative. When Deca and Ben sync their emotions to that of hope and love, Deca can merge into Ben's body, the two of them sharing minds, causing an Ultimate Alien transformation to turn into something FAR greater than it was before.  This feature only works on Ultimate Aliens.

Height: 5'3

Age(Body Appearance): 18 (she is quite petite)

Relatives: Ben (Brother) Sandra (Genetic Mother), Carl (Genetic Father), Max (Genetic Grandfather) Gwen (Genetic Cousin). Verdonna (Genetic Grandmother).

Notes: Deca does have innate potential for casting magic thanks to possessing Annodite heritage as well. It is because of this sliver of Annodite that the magic based Alien Hybrid outfits have potential for getting stronger, turning Deca stronger as she trains herself.

How powerful: Deca could defeat Vilgax from the OG series if she was properly controlling her emotions. Despite her naivety, she has Ben's natural talent in combat, and Hanzo speculates that Deca is even smarter than Gwen later on. She would not stand a chance against an Ultimate Transformation however, and if any of the Radiant 7 unleashed their full power as if they were in Radiance, there is a high chance she could lose. However, she has the potential to match their power if she dedicates time to training, something her other fellow Homunculi could never do.

Notes 2: Deca is considered to be very beautiful to the point that she mainly hides her appearance by generating a magical illusion of an old woman around herself, as just her very appearance would be enough to draw stares from men and women alike. She attributes this to the fact she is an artificial being and Clint was a perfectionist, so she considers her beauty to be unrealistic and unachievable and envies Erice's natural beauty.

Notes 3: Deca's favorite foods include omelettes, Mister Smoothie, Chilly Fries, and Burgers. She hates Sandra Tennyson's wheat germ, but puts up with it for her sake, and is very practiced in pretending to love it.

Notes 4: If Rook ever turned up in this series (He won't, I prefer to distance our series from Omniverse and the Reboot as a whole), she and Rook would get along as Deca has many of Ben's personality traits, with the exception of being, shy, naive, and a very well mannered young lady due to her programming as a servant Homunculus.

Notes 5: Deca wishes she had Spidermonkey's powers because she's a big fan of Spider-Man and wants to try web slinging.
