(Note: I might decide to ultimately go with this design for Radiant war as well, as this is one of my better looking Omnitrix designs in my personal opinion).

The Final Ultimate Omnitrix, also known as the True Ultimatrix, or simply the Omnitrix, is the first Omnitrix Ben ever made with help from Azmuth. A collaboration project between the two after Azmuth admitted that the Ultimate Forms were useful, it combined nothing but the best features from all the Omnitrix's predecessors.

Strangely enough, the Omnitrix that Azmuth made for Ben ever since he found the prototype years ago (The Omniverse Omnitrix) had only seen usage for at most 5 days before Ben began noting that he missed the Ultimate Forms. Azmuth himself, though grudgingly, admitted that the Ultimates were indeed an edge, especially since Ben overall used the Omnitrix to fight and not just understand other aliens. So using the New Omnitrix that barely saw usage as a base, the duo reconstructed the device together, with Ben using his smartest aliens to assist, combining all the best features of the Prototype, the Ultimatrix that was haphazardly completed by Albedo, and the (Omniverse) Omnitrix. The Prototype's ability to bring back to life those aliens that it had stored on its data banks as well as link to Primus as a safety precaution, The Ultimatrix's Evolution ability, and the New Omnitrix's numerous fixes such as getting rid of mistransformation situations, storing all the Alien dna in itself instead of just on Primus, as well as numerous other features.

Unlike any of the previous Omnitrixes, the faceplate does not in any way pop up, rather to activate it, you place your finger on the screen. A dial hologram similar to the (Omniverse) Omnitrix appears with a scaled down hologram of the alien itself that displays its body features fully for the user to see so as to prevent mistransformation by misreading the display. (That way you don't end up accidentally changing into Swampfire instead of Heatblast just because their shapes look similar. )

In order to transform, you then press your palm against the entire face plate, which the touch sensitive screen will acknowledge, commencing the transformation. Pressing your finger against the screen again will undo transformation selection.

The Omnitrix is also tuned to Ben's DNA so that only he can use it. It also accelerates his human body's healing, as well as making him immune to disease. It also has an interdimensional connection function where even if it is somehow removed, it will shift through dimensions and replace itself upon Ben's wrist, even regrowing his arm if need be. The way this works is that the Omnitrix is always physically connected to Ben's DNA by physically phasing through space and time. Because of this, even if for example Rem or Garfiel were holding the Omnitrix in their hand 2000 feet away, or 20 miles away, or in a whole other world, Ben would still be able to transform and use the Omnitrix through voice command, while Garfiel or Rem wouldn't be able to use the Omnitrix even if they placed it on their wrist. A little inconvenience to those trying to take the Omnitrix.. much as how Roswaal will discovers when he attempts to do so himself.

Unlike the other Omnitrixes, this Omnitrix is also immune and safeguarded against magic, though the same can't 'quite' be said for Ben's alien forms and human form. The device also has extended his lifespan by an unknown amount of decades or possibly centuries, which can extend to those who spend time around him for extended periods. The Omnitrix also still possesses the Self Destruct feature, however, it can rebuild itself instantly after self destructing as long as Ben is the one telling it to.
