Man you did an amazing job. She's nice and muscular, but still looking feminine. Which most people, when drawing Naruto girls seem to forget. Their ninjas! They should be nice and toned.

Oh! I love how you painted the bandages! 
I have a small tip for future paintings though, if you're interested.
Try to differ the saturation or values of the background a bit from the character/main object. That gives more depth to the painting. ^^
NOT a master of that myself! 
But I've heard the masters here on dA talk...
