Description My half of an art trade with Starina-Lenore , of her beautiful character Freya ! 

I had a lot of fun doing the vines, and the roses, but my hand hates me for them. I'm still working on doing patterns properly (idk how people do it so neatly?) I shouldn't have made the skirt so prominent tbh

I'm just not sure how artists make them look so consistent and one with the garment. I think they put them in a different file and overlay them with the painting, and shade accordingly... maybe?

I really like your interpretation of Freya! Your style really suits her  
I'm fascinated by the painterly look, and you did such a good job in the flowers and plants.
I also like how some part of the illustration is from a real painting

I'm glad you like it! I really don't like her skirt (I'm so not used to patterns), so I might update it when I figure out how to do it. If you want, we could do another at some point, when there's more time (cause I really like your character Starina lol)

I think you did a good job on the skirt, but I know the feeling, when you pictured something to look different than it turned out
And YES! I would love to do another art trade with you. I really dig your style, and it would be awesome to see Starina in it
