lol But at this age I can still be considered a kid as well as a teenager. I can still be babied but only slightly. I'm still dependable on my parents and I cant drive yet. lol I dont want to drive. the road is scary. XD I'm still somewhat of a kid and I can still get a lot of freedom! lol

I agree. 13-15 years, youre still somewhat a kid and you get more stuff. But come 16 and over, youre on your own. Thats when youre officially not a kid anymore.
