It means lacking in in "youth", but how I use it here is that her face is flat and undetailed. It looks as if you put more time on the rest of her body than her head or face. My apologies; this is only meant as constructive criticism.

ah i see well this picture is only sketch of "how could outfit look" its not proper pictuter with shades and details. just some fast visual idea mostly for my self...when i will have to draw her in ME1 look...i have some reference
