I do not take requests, if you intend to commission me please note me privately. Non-moving sprites are about $8, and animated gifs are about $16. Though, your character is exceedingly complex and will be incredibly hard- if not impossible- to fit into the scopes of my Undertale sprites.

my only real criticism here is that since she's supposed to be human, you probably shouldn't have gone with black and white monochrome

Why not? There are no humans in the actual game to say "hey, humans can't have white outlines"

I just kind of figured that since monster souls are gray and human ones are colored, they'd be, say, blue and black instead of white and black.
Also worth noting that Omega Flowey is the only boss sprite to be colored in, and at that point he has quite a few human souls with him.

That isn't entirely true, Toriel's eyes in some of the battle sprites are actually colored in as a dark red, as well as Asriel's wings in his final form (though at that point he has the human souls so that supports your point).
That aside though, I can see where you're getting at. With that in mind it would make sense for human battle sprites to maybe have some color as well. At the same time, Though, I personally think white looks best aesthetically, and I probably won't change it since I wouldn't know what to change it to anyway.
