Description
Make a black french manicure, then on the top of the nail put some glittering blue paint and then put in the middle of the nail blue glitters. Finally put two layers of clear paint

Tip: If you don't want to have colored nail of the black paint(on natural nails is sometimes some colored after stripping), put one layer of clear paint and then start with dark colors
