Description
Ok so, in there's an event going on where you have to design a dress for an NPC cause hers is destroyed. I fail at designing dresses, but here's my attempt anyways. I had some serious fun with the Satin layer effect, bet ya can't tell! /shot Also I know the anatomy is off but I drew it so it was on a mannequin and we all know mannequin anatomy is a little wonky sometimes.

Anyways the specifications of the dress was thus:
-She likes the colours blue, green, and pink.
- Elegant and feminine
-She also likes flowers

My original design called for a subtle flower/rose pattern across the dress with the rose accent on the hip with the sash. But blast it the flower patterns didn't want to work in the slightest, and they kept looking horrible and weird, so I was forced to re-think the dress pattern and ended up with the Satin effect in over-drive. Also, yes I designed the dress with the tiara/circlet, earrings, necklace, and shoes! I know it fails but I've never tried to design a dress before. Dx Anyways, enjoy

P.S.: saved me at least an hour by lifting the line art for the dress and shoe for me and cleaned up the lines/effects of the base image. So thanks!!!!!
