Personality: Shoal is an interesting character. They speak with a very monotone voice and don't often reflect emotion twords others. They'll act almost robotic, responding when asked a question or told to do an action, rarely if never speaks out of turn, and will explain things in a very complicated way even if it's the simplest thing. They're extremely blunt and never thinks about how saying something would affect someone else, for good or for worse. Shoal is very intellectual and is secretly proud of it.

Short Back-story: The plasma-like alien comes from a hi-tech planet with multiple species of life forms strewn about across it's surface. The planet has no known name, much like a certain race living there. Shoal was manufactured much like the rest of her kind, the liquid-like orb in their chest being proof of that. Pursuing medical research had been assigned to them by 'birth' and that's what they did. A plethora of decades later, Shoal was to be sent off to put their skills in action. They were originally assigned to STEVE but the ships complete remolding had caused a wait. Once STEVE was set up once again as BEN, Shoal was assigned as a medical officer aboard the ship and was handed a left over plant no one took.
