Oh my, seems like this wynling will know magic when it hatches! Seems like when it's upset wind gust blow around it.

She hasn't hatched yet.

Also her mom is not in the picture at all because.... well she died after laying her egg in the barracks. (You know, during the deelagun attack that eventially cursed the town?)

Before her mother died she told the doc who the father was, and Savet got her egg. He was conflicted on what to do with her egg.
He didn't want to be a dad, but he also didn't want to take her egg to the nook because there where so many dying wynglings and he didn't want the egg to have the same fate....

Eventually he decides to keep it.
