Rewatching Season 2
I really love how this show tricks you into thinking its episodic when literally every single episode has consequences and those consequences branch over into following episodes. Case in point in the episode "Geniusis" Orel finally figures it out that Block isn't his brother Shapey (but he ends up getting adopted by the puppington's much to Bloberta and Clay's immeasurable disappointment)
He figures this out but doesn't speak of it since he loses his concentration in the middle of what is happening at the moment but once things start "normalizing" again he tries to bring it up to his parents on the ride home for church only to get ignored and lose his concentration again
Eventually Bloberta finds out in Season 3 then Clay but that was more so Clay being quietly unnnerved at the idea of now having not 1 but 3 children living in his house 2 of which aren't even biologically his.

Yeah, I tend not to actually like... watch adult swim stuff as a series, it's more like I'll catch something here or there but there's usually little/no plot and it's just comedy, sometimes really disturbing comedy, soooooo yeah. XD
