Aww, I love it. Charley's one of my favorites, and I definitely think she'd get along great with 12. They both have that old timey attitude, but Charley doesn't put up with any of the Doctor's bull.
I would absolutely love being able to see these two together!
I also love the painting, great background, wonderful composition, with the Seal of Rassilon, the rose, the border, and their pose is absolutely perfect, old world charm and old companions affection. Perfect!
