I actually know the real word for what Rhombulus might be since he sort of just follows what the other members of the Magic high Commission say or think up; a sheep. As going back to Miss Meteora Heinous, she would have just gotten herself trained to control her monster side so it won't get out of hand but still appreciate it so the Magic High Commission, the citizens of Mewni, and Shastican, wouldn't judge her. Then peace for Monsters and Mewmans can be completed.
