23 years ago, there was a teenage girl who was into the dark arts. She always practiced dark rituals that never really worked. One day, a small strange book was on her coffee table. She opened it and begun to read:

Making Children Without a Mate

She scoffed. That was just impossible! But she read anyway for the hell of it.

Step 1. Gather some cloth, buttons, thread and needle, scissors, and stuffing.

She put the book down and gasped. There it is, on the table. 2 bags of stuffing, a pair of cloth-cutting scissors, lots of black thread, a needle-threader, a needle, two blood-red buttons, (one with a black circle, the other white), and black and white cloth. "Spooky...." she mumbled, and continued to read.

Step 2: Cut out the desired pattern of your child.

She laid the book down, and frowned. nothing moved. "Darn...." The girl cut out with what little white cloth she had. "Why didn't they give me more white cloth? Eh, whatever. I guess that I can deal with the black cloth that's over there. After that, she picked up the book again.

Step 3: Start sewing the layers together.

Putting the book down, she noticed some white thread. "Huh, I guess that I didn't see that before.... oh well..." She sewed the body and head together seperately, making sure that there was a hole for her to stuff the stuffing into.

Step 4: Sew the buttons into the head, stuff the body and head, then sew them together.

She did just that. "Man, this looks a bit freaky...."

Step 5: Cut yourself and draw a heart on the doll's chest. What size you go with will depend what happens later in life...

"WHAT?! Ugh, fine." She put it down, and there was a razor-sharp knife stting there. She picked it up and cut herself. "OW!" She yelped. She grabbed some blood, and drew a huge heart on the doll. She stood up and the pain was gone. "Huh?" The girl looked at her cut, and it was gone. "Ok, now this is getting REEALLLYY weird!!"

Step 6: Choose an animal. Choosing the animal will reflect on you child's personality.

".... A bunny, I guess..." She made rabbit ears, stuffed them, and sewed them onto the doll's head.

Step 8: Congratulations! Now, choose the way that your child will die.

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Ugh.... this'll never work... broken heart, I guess... Nothings sadder than dying of a broken heart. This is so stupid. All the other rituals made sense."

Step 9: Clean out your fireplace. Start a fire, then throw the doll into the fire. This represents death.

She did just so. "Oi... how much longer??" she asked, then picked up the book.

Final Step!! After the doll is burned, collect the ashes and blow them to the moon. This represents letting go of the child.

The girl scooped the ashes into a bowl, then went to an open window. She blew as hard as possible. The ashes flew in a spiral direction at the full moon. She went back to the book.

Congratulations! You have made a child! Results may take up to 5-10 days, so please be patient.

"What a load of crap!" she said, angrily throwing away the book.
