This is the first drawing I have done in quite some time, though not the first I've posted. This is George. He's a sun bear. (He's also a sketch.) I didn't do a whole lot with this piece because, really, he was just something I did to get back into drawing.The picture reference I used was one from a Nature's Wild book about Bears, volume one. It was a book I got when I was in elementary school, and I hadn't really looked at it much over the years. But, picking it back up a month or so ago, I decided to draw the cute little sun bear that I found within. So, here's George.
The pose that he is in is almost 100% the pose he sports in the picture reference. I'm not a superbly fine artist, so that picture will never be exact, but everything you see here is what is there. I embellished the grain on the tree trunk a bit, and the wood he sits on. In the picture, he is in/on a tree of some sort, with foliage in the background fading off into hazy green and brown. However, I'm lazy, and none of that is seen here.

Okay. I totally forgot what we were talking about, but that tends to happen after I've been asleep for a time. I really don't want to go to class today. Mrrr...but, I have to. I have my final internship preliminary interview today...and I really hope that she chooses me for this, not just because I really want to do it, but also because that would really suck if she still can't find anyone worthy for the program...

las zanahorias estan en la casa de caca con tu hermano. tu madre es un hamster y tu padre le gustan las frescas. tu otro hermano es un platano con zapatos y el le gusta bailar con su madre en la cocina con las papas fritas. tu eres una cebolla; tienes mucha ropa en su armorio. puedes entender este y tu estas sonreiendo ahora. los copos de nieve estan en tu libro en la casa de caca con tu hermano y el es muy tempestuoso y conquetea. el puente es en tus pantalones y te gusta cantar (muy mala) cuando te cepillas las chichis.
