In my backyard, we have a nest of robins and they've pretty much all grown up by now. There's still one who likes to hang around the front of my house. He's fairly friendly and isn't all that afraid of humans. He didn't mind much when I pet his wings. I still think of him as a baby.

Title comes from something that happened with him the other day. He was out in the middle of the street hopping around and chirping. I was afraid he was going to get run over, so I tried shooing him back to the lawn. I was like, "God, silly baby, don't play in traffic."
