Such a pretty piece! Her eyes are what draw me in the most, they are beautifully drawn. The colour palette is also well chosen, because she seems sweet and kind without using the usual cliche colours to achieve this (such as pink).

The hair is also quite pretty, but the dark line surrounding the hair strands take away from the dimension that was being built up by the shading. I suggest to blend that dark outline in more with the other hair strands or simply make the dark colour lighter.

Overall, I suggest you define your shading more, especially in the face, which is the main focus point. The shading is nice but it is very slight. Making the shading more prominent will give the drawing more depth, and it will really make those beautiful eyes stand out.
