Anatomy is weird here.  It took me a while to realize that the thing at the bottom of her neck is probably her shoulder and not a bad-anatomy breast.  ...Right?  
Her right breast also doesn't continue past her arm in a sensible way (the curves don't line up) and her other breast doesn't make any sense at all.  Unless those lines on her chest are meant to be something else entirely.

Nice lighting, though!  And I like the background a lot.

It's funny how hard it can be to notice things when you're making the image.  I have the same problem all the time.
