I'm letting William handle this one..
William will fight anyone who he thinks could cause harm or trouble for his family, he means well thought. Just cautious for strangers, especially stallions like this gentlemen.
I was planning on putting the two encounters together in one piece, buuuut I ended up splitting them up in two.

Delta being a great mother, she kept an eye on her boys to keep them safe from any danger. But she didn't seem to notice an older stallion observing this little family with a smile. Till Will noticed him, with a warning snort he trotted over to the fello thinking he is here to cause harm. In reality this was a gentle giant. "Calm down there boy, I was just observing your mother and I assume sibling. It's such a nice picture to come across in this wild world" The stallion smiled and walked closer.

The stallion smiles, seeming to be impressed by the protective nature of such a young stallion. "You'll make a fine lead someday son, but no need to worry about me." Though the stallion heed's William's request and doesn't come any closer. Though his eyes flicker over the small family, sparkling with a inner light. "A fine day isn't it? Perfect weather for young ones to play." He smiles then tilts his head to William. "It's also fine weather for older stallions to work on their skills." Is he hinting at something?

You hear a ruckus in the brush and out pops an Uncommon Squirrel. It's cheeks are heavy laden with nuts and it's trying to carry more in it's paws, making running quite awkward. The poor thing seems to be in a panic about... something. It's tries to run over to you, but it's more of a pathetic hobbling on it's back legs since it's front paws are pretty full of acorns, pecans and walnuts. It's chitters as best it can between the nuts in it's mouth, "Help! I need to get these to my cache for the winter, but a - " it swallows past the nuts, "Wolf!!! It's after me! I don't know when it'll be here, I barely managed to get this far ahead!"
• Grab the thing by it's fluffy tail and place it on your back. (Strength)
• Tell it to drop what is unnecessary, and just come back for the rest once it's safe. He's being silly risking it's neck for some nuts. (Defense)
• Stand and prepare to defend the little fur ball, after all it seems a little nuts... to care more about nuts than death. (Defense)

Sure enough, moments later a Common Wolf come stalking out of the brush, nose to the ground following the squirrel's trail. It lifts up it's eyes, spying you with it's prize. It curls it's lips up and snaps it's jaws in a threat display.
