inspired by this song --> [link] i just love it,you can say it's sick but i just don't care at the moment. ^^i found something really deep in this song.it isn't about cutting yourself or anything emo,it is about music and about the beauty that can be found even in 'sharp objects'.
i tried to draw something beautiful (and failed,as usual
).ignore the fact i can't draw metalic objects .
and the fact that that box looks like something else.and the fact that the anatomy is screwed and so is the lighting and so are the lines and everything else. notice i didn't draw blood in this pic [

I really like the elegance of this piece. The hair, dress and objects really make this a rather decorative composed image. I also like what you did with the ripples of the dress, very nice effect, gives a bit of a dynamic effect. I have my doubts with the objects you drew, but that's my personal taste. lovely image

i only use so few layers because i am too lazy to create new ones or,in some cases i just forget to create them.
it sucks when i mess up -__-

Ooh, well done on this, nice job. The colours and composition are very nice, and the details are great especially as this was done with a mouse
One tip for prettying up pictures like this - when it's all finished, try copying the whole thing (select>select all>edit>copy merged) and paste as a new layer. Then gaussian blur the new layer a bit (filter>blur>gaussian blur) - not too much, but enough that most of the details get blurred out - and set this layer to "soft light" or "hard light" (whichever looks better - hard light has a more powerful effect) and adjust the opacity until you get the best result. It really helps to unify the picture :3
Also, yay, I like the Used :3 Can't say that's my favourite song of theirs, but they are nice nonetheless... actually "I caught fire" is Lucien and Starfish's song, if you are interested XD

and i really like The Used too xD i surprisingly fell in love with 'Box Full Of Sharp Objects' even if i usually don't like all that screaming.i think the message of the song is what i actually like. and wow I caught fire is one of my favourites 
but if i start thinking that it's one of those songs Bert wrote in memory of his pregnant ex-girlfriend that died it actually makes me feel pretty sad.

good pic the metallic object look good, i will admit the face is a lil skinny but it fits the profile of the pic so its really good and damn 17 layers i thought it would be more than that

i never thought that the face was too skinny but now that you mentioned it it really is D: but it's fine i think because it fits the idea of 'sharp'
