staying with my theme of empowering moments in the character's story...this is her "someday i'll be part of your world" face
I feel like this is the moment when ariel decided to be more than she was and making choices like that shape us into who we become...in her case...literally shaping her into a human to be with the man (she just met XD ) of her dreams

Ariel <3 She's not my favorite princess but her movie is one of my favorite of all time. Had the whole soundtrack memorized when I was a toddler.

yah i know right...it wasn't my favorite expression, but everything else i tried didn't look much like the movie version...it's amazing how many sloppy drawings are in disney films XD
