Hair looks like it's a wig, it is or not, I don't know. Model looks tired more than anything... (Eyelids are lower but no glare in the eye, bottom lip is loose with no tension). While not sure what it was to be delivered by this "lick" this is not a "sexual" lick, if that was the intend. (Tongue is too tense, not doing the touching but doing the rubbing and cleaning). I think this is what happens when you force photographers! Now that being said, I actually love the photo. I really like the photographer's style... (lighting, etc even though the eyes are grabbing too much attention from the lick) but then again, it may just be me. I like the eyes and hard to look away! Though my favorite part is the nose here, with no direct reason associated with this "photo" work.
