In my opinion, light is the key element to colouring, and you definitely managed it very well. For example the shape of the torturer is perfectly contrasted with the main light source, and the feminine form os the victim is cleverly highlighted. The palette is great because it combines complementary colors and gives focus where it should be. The texture of the floor is realistic though not in the extreme because it would be off-putting and would not match the definite style of the colouring. Overall, I don't find any flaws to this colours and I really admire your skill with cell-shading.
