Your question made me curious so I looked it up. There is no reference that they are married in the show, just that they are lovers.Β
In the trilogy of books that Tomino wrote from '79-'82, Hamon mentions in a conversation with Kycelia that her and Ramba planned to get married after the war was over.Β
The books are more a reimagining of the story for a mature audeince, with a lot of differences so cannot be considered canon.Β
Soooooo, there is no canon answer as far as I can tell, but more than likely they are unmarried.
I now have to get a hold of this trilogy, I love Tomino's metaphysical outlook of the world and supposedly he explores that much more through the evolution of the New Type.

I never read the novel but from what I hear it sounds interesting. I actually just got the original movie trilogy on Blu Ray.
