A France (Francis Bonnefoy) stamp from Axis Powers Hetalia.
He says "Yaaaay!" in this scene, before smacking Austria in the head many times... hence the title.
I needed to do another stamp for him; he's just so adorable.
You can pretty much make a stamp about anything he does and it'd be entertaining.Not to mention, I still feel bad I didn't get the time to finish his birthday present.
So here you do, some more Francey-ness for all fans of this stubby-bearded, rose loving, amazing chef.
