So what happens to Peter Pan and Wendy in the Barri's original book? I know about the anime, and the Disney Cartoon, and even PPatP TV show (which I don't think the kids even leave Neverland by the last episode).
But what happens in the book.

Wendy grows up and gets married and has a little girl. Peter stays in Neverland and comes back to invite Wendy's daughter to come to Neverland to do his Spring Cleaning...
I mean, something along those lines, haha

Is that actually Berri's official story? I thought the book had her merry Peter Pan.

Whos to say that Peter and Wendy did not end up together?
After all if it's a work of fiction one could always change it (as many fanfic writers have)
This has been something that I've long felt strongly about if one is disapointed in a story, all one has too do is make your own verison up for yourself (and like minded people)
So as far as I see things, Romio and Julliet both lived happly ever after (once their parents tasted Romio's trusy blade that is) and Peter and Wendy stayed in NeverLand and had lots more adventures.
All the other endings just are 'lies' don't 'believe' them!!!
After all if J.M. Barrie (who was a fellow human no differnt from anyone else and not like some kind of god) could come up with one verison of this story to suit him, then why not anyone else?
After all Disney (and many others) did!?!
Yes one may have copyright laws to contend with, but they only apply if one tries to make money out of something that someone else came up with.
But that does not mean one cannot write our own verisons of stories (as we'd prefer them) keep them to ourselves and perhaps put them up on the net.
Look out for a Peter Pan fanfic entitled 'Barrie's Big Lie' which covers the same ground covered here, and more, comeing soon!
