I absolutely love the paint splatters. And you used colour very well. This looks so much like a graphic or a poster that should be advertising something. It's really neat! The proportioning of her face is done perfectly; nothing looks wrong or out of the ordinary. Your pieces make me want to try other art styles. <3 Can't wait to see more!
