Geez, it's been a while since I thought about .EXE. Well, not a bad time to take another look!

The designs look fairly balanced proportionally; the waists aren't too thin or too thick for the heights, and the total body heights would be around 5.5 to 6 heads. The faces are simple and streamlined, and the proportions and shapes of the eyes are on point. The wings look a bit touchy, with the little crack near the top points and the outer part being a little too short; a small touch-up could quickly take care of that.

The lighting provides good depth, especially around the stomachs and behind the muzzles. The majority of the light being focused to the left is a nice touch, leaving the .EXE Rouge in greater shadow. Perhaps it could use a bit more focus on the light's positioning, just so it's a little more physically consistent.

I think pen-sketch blood would be sharper on the eyes; the type of brush is smeared, and I think some crispness would be well appreciated. Consider this and this for potential references. 

The expressions are my favorite parts. No aggression, no fear, no malice or maniacal insanity. Just simple stress. They are upset, tired, stating their concerns to one another within this binary void. Rouge's sigh of dejection provides some nice asymmetry; "What next," I can hear her say, her tone solemn. 

The background works. Simple, efficient. Would be nice for a teeny bit more, but it's nicer than a blank, white void. The .EXE Rouge blends a little bit more into the background than desirable, even if she's meant to be cloaked in shadow; perhaps some stronger highlights would make the edges clearer.

You have some way to go, but this is a good start on your work. Evolving balanced proportions like these, practicing shading and backgrounds, and studying the designs of characters can take you far. Practicing three-dimensional poses will come soon after, and you can evolve from there. "Strong lines lead to strong design," an adage says, which many of my peers have learned much from.

That is really good, and BTW yes, I have now an Deviant Art Account, but I am not so good at ART, as you can see in the game everything is just Recolored. Anyway Thanks again and have a nice day.
